Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of program.
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, nationally recognized standards and guidelines related to specialized environmental as required by position.
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Divers License Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required Able to work with natural ingredients to optimize formulations of liquid and dry fertilizers and other agricultural products.
Responsible for outside laboratory testing selection, shipping and related admin.
Writes SOP's; document and record control.
Operates and maintains existing lab equipment and evaluates/implements new lab equipment.
Evaluating stock items/stock finished product.
Preparing experimental scale formulations for use by R&D, sales staff, quality and compliance purposes.
